Pilots and paid plans

During the pilot Your team gets full product access for the agreed 60–90 day window. We check in on activation milestones — first count, first schedule, first clock.

Packages Luminix is priced per location per month: Core ($129), Operations ($189), or Complete ($249). Operations is the usual fit. Each location includes 30 active employees. Volume discounts start at 5 locations. See the [Pricing](/pricing) page.

Converting to paid When you convert, you sign a 12-month Order Form. Stripe bills the plan you chose. Owners manage payment method under Settings → Billing.

Invoices and receipt Download invoices from the billing portal. Contact Office@luminixops.com if a card fails and you need a temporary grace window.
