Luminix ("Luminix", "we", "us") operates the marketing website at luminixops.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit the Site or submit a demo request. Access to the Luminix product platform is governed by a separate customer agreement.
Information we collect
Demo request form. When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, restaurant or group name, email address, optional phone number, location count, modules of interest, and optional message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and schedule a demo.
Automatically collected data. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider (Vercel) and, if you consent, Vercel Analytics may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring URL. Vercel Analytics is designed to be privacy-friendly and does not use third-party advertising cookies.
Local storage. If you use the cookie consent banner, we store your preference in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again on every visit.

How we share information

- Vercel — website hosting and, if consented, analytics
- Resend — delivery of demo request emails to our team when you submit the contact form
