Weekly inventory counts

How counts, par levels, and vendor orders connect.

Count sessions Open Inventory → Counts, pick a location, and record on-hand by item. Closing a count updates stock so reorder suggestions stay honest.

Par and reorder Set par on items that should never hit zero. The Action Queue flags below-par rows so ordering is not a weekend scavenger hunt.
